Terms of Use

By creating an account, you agree that we may send transactional or service-related communications. You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe link or contacting us, but you may still receive essential account notices.

If you purchase a product or service, you may be asked to provide billing and payment information. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle and automatically renew under the same conditions unless you or Overjoy cancel them. You may cancel through your account or by contacting customer support. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.

We may offer a free trial for a limited time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, an eligible subscription may convert to a paid subscription using the billing information you provided.

We may change subscription fees at our discretion. Fee changes take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable prior notice so you can terminate the subscription before the change becomes effective.

You are responsible for content you submit through the Service and represent that you own it or have the rights needed to use it. You retain your rights in that content while granting Overjoy the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and provide it through the Service.

You may not post unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content. We may monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates risk for users, Overjoy, or third parties.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:

• Violate applicable laws or the rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or another user
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except where law expressly permits it
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, trademarks, and trade dress are and will remain the exclusive property of Prezento Technologies Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you a right to use Overjoy’s marks without prior written permission.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services that Overjoy does not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overjoy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet every requirement, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prezento Technologies Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prezento Technologies Inc. and its affiliates from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Prezento Technologies Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continuing to access the Service after revised Terms become effective means you agree to them.
